Text Box: By God’s grace in the Cross of Christ—allowing all history to continue, some wonderful facts about our Children: Matthew is a pastor at a mega church within the Twin Cities overseeing its newest campus & is also pursuing his Masters of Ministry degree. Matthew’s wife, Sally, continues working as a dynamic Registered Nurse at Children’s Hospital in the Twin Cities. Timothy, years ago, set the basketball scoring record at his High School; chosen twice as Team Captain of the all Area Basketball Team. Tim is married to Emily who works for a prestigious organization helping families deal with autism. Using his basketball and Masters of Education background, Tim has started a Christian Foundation (Click: Ace Hoops} to work with poverty stricken kids in the inner cities and around the world. Luke, competing with our Parish Bible Bowl Team in the MN State Bible Bowl, has over the years taken 1st place in Individual Competition 4 times and 1st place 5 times in Team Comp. Presently Luke is preparing for the Ordained Ministry at Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, with emphasis in the Greek and Hebrew languages. His wife, Sarah, takes care or their son, Gabriel, and helps support Luke in his graduate education. Bethany is excellent at working with children. She has not settled into a career decision, but is medically certified and presently works at a Christian Day Care Center in the Twin Cities. She thoroughly enjoys her work and the individuals with whom she works . Kristen, as she begins her first year in college, is a superb vocalist. She was very active in church and school activities including school council, drama, sports, & was voted Home Coming Queen. At our parish she sang in the Praise Team for worship, and served on the Youth Board. Presently as she continues her education she is considering a major in Christian youth work or music therapy.    Nancy, my companion and wife, graduated Magna Cum Laud with emphasis in Parish Work from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN.  Recently Nancy went back to school and received her Teaching Certificate in Education (graduating with, I might add, a 4.0 grade average ;-).  For several years she has since been teaching Special Education in the Fairmont Public School System.

   Nancy is a truly outstanding person.  Her greatest gift is a sheer love and caring for everyone that God brings into her life.  She is also an avid Twins and Vikings fan!
